Sustainability

A responsibility within our DNA

Creating shared, sustainable value means that our actions contribute to the social, environmental and economic well-being of our stakeholders. This means taking into account the needs and expectations of residents, staff, families and local communities. From an environmental point of view, we take care of managing natural resources responsibly and reduce our carbon footprint, while promoting energy efficiency and efficient waste management.

OUR CSR APPROACH IS PART OF OUR DNA

“The two major challenges of the century are the ageing of the population and global warming. Facing these challenges, Groupe Maisons de Famille is positioning itself as a unique player, committed to serving frail people and their caregivers.”

Julien Samson, GROUPE MAISONS DE FAMILLE CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

Sustainability at the heart

of our social mission

We provide high-quality care, guarantee residents’ well-being, respect their rights and contribute positively to society as a whole. Residents have fundamental rights such as dignity, autonomy and privacy. We must respect these rights and ensure that residents are treated with respect, compassion and fairness. We are the guarantors of their active participation in the decisions that affect them. Our mission also extends to our employees, who benefit from safe and healthy working conditions, adequate training and access to professional development opportunities.
